Although my brother ordered up their services for my mom and have no direct first had knowledge of the caregivers (as I am 3000 miles away), I do have firsthand knowledge of the manager Irene and the billing person Andrew. I can tell you both were first rate. Both very responsive by way of calls and text.

Andrew arranged payment by way of Visa and both working with me is to get my deposit back via check. Irene went above and beyond on a Saturday night by forwarding information on another facility in FL where mom lives. This was unexpected but very welcome.
